WHAT THEY WANT
(Summarized from the RFP)
Lane Council of Governments is seeking a consulting team to support Resilient Lane, a community-focused, data-driven planning effort to understand and reduce the vulnerability of Lane County's surface transportation network to hazards. The project is funded by a Federal Highway Administration PROTECT grant and is delivered in partnership with Lane County over roughly three years. Community engagement runs through every component of the work, and the selected firm will help translate complicated technical findings into plain, approachable language for residents, technical advisors and elected officials.
