Rideshare Transportation Services
Sound Transit is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide demand-response rideshare transportation services to support customers requiring flexible mobility solutions. The selected contractor will deliver comprehensive rideshare services, including provision of a software platform, dispatching protocols, and associated operational equipment such as Wheelchair Accessible Vehicles (WAVs). Services are intended to enhance regional transit accessibility and connectivity across King, Pierce, and Snohomish counties. The contract will support riders requiring supplemental or first/last-mile transportation services aligned with Sound Transit’s mission to connect more people to more places. The initial contract term is one year, with the option for a one-year extension. Proposers must demonstrate operational capacity, compliance with federal and state regulations including Federal Transit Administration requirements, adherence to Equal Employment Opportunity laws, and participation in Sound Transit’s Small Business Program.
