The Rose Bowl Operating Company (RBOC), on behalf of the City of Pasadena, is seeking a qualified architectural firm to serve as its Venue Architect, a long-term design partner for capital improvements across the Rose Bowl Stadium campus. RBOC's current architectural services agreement expires December 31, 2026, and this procurement establishes the successor agreement so the organization can move quickly when project funding is secured. The selected firm will provide site condition assessments, conceptual planning, pre-design and concept design, schematic design, design development, construction documents, bidding support, and construction administration, with construction cost estimates at each milestone and presentation materials for the RBOC Board. Projects may be delivered by Design-Bid-Build, Construction Manager at Risk, or Design-Build.
