Will the County make a single award or multiple awards? 3. Please provide historical registry utilization for the last 12 to 24 months: hours or spend by discipline and unit, and the estimated annual contract value. 4. Who are the current registry vendors, and how many agencies does SMMC use today? 5. Will the County provide a required fee proposal template? If not, please confirm the rate structure expected: regular, overtime, holiday, call-back, and orientation rates by discipline and specialty. 6. Which assignment types are in scope: per diem, short-term, 13-week travel, and interim leadership? 7. Should rates for the perioperative nurse manager and project manager roles be priced separately? 8. Section 2 sets 2-year and 4-year experience minimums for nursing roles. Do these minimums, or different ones, apply to pharmacy, laboratory, respiratory, and physical therapy personnel? 9. Does "radiologists" in Section 1 mean radiologic technologists or physician radiologists? 10. Does SMMC currently use a VMS or a timekeeping system such as UKG/Kronos? a. Is the Contractor expected to integrate with it or provide its own platform for requests, timekeeping, and reporting? 11. Would a staffing vendor that provides a reporting portal, but has no access to County clinical systems or PHI, be required to carry the $5M Cyber Liability coverage in 4.1.6? 12. Does Joint Commission Health Care Staffing Services Certification satisfy the "Joint Commission-accredited vendor" requirement? 13. For Minimum Qualification 4.1.1, please confirm that five years of healthcare staffing services satisfies the requirement, and that a proposer's operating history under a prior corporate name counts toward it. 14. Section 4.3.10 asks for "3 references for each of the following," but the categories are not listed. Please clarify which categories references are required for. 15. What are the anticipated contract start date and transition period, so that 4.3.5 (Proposed Schedule) can be responsive? 16. Are there collective bargaining provisions governing registry use at SMMC, such as cancellation order, floating, or low-census rules, that the Contractor must follow? 17. What cancellation notice and minimum-hours guarantees apply? 18. How will price be scored across disciplines: weighted by historical volume or evaluated as a simple average of rates?
