Submit proposals electronically in PDF format by email to Felicia Stripling, Tulalip Tribes, 6406 Marine Drive, Tulalip, WA 98271, fstripling@tulaliptribes-nsn.gov, clearly marked "RFP – Section 105(l) Lease Consulting Services". The submission consists of one complete technical proposal and one separate cost proposal. The technical proposal must include a cover letter with authorized signature, firm profile, project approach, project team with organizational chart and resumes, at least three relevant project examples with contact references, and at least three client references; the cost proposal must include fee structure, hourly rates, estimated hours, reimbursable expenses, a not-to-exceed amount, and assumptions. Late proposals are not accepted unless authorized by the Tribe.
