The County of Santa Cruz Probation Department is seeking qualified youth-serving organizations to deliver community-based, art-focused family engagement programs for justice-involved youth and emerging adults. The services aim to strengthen family relationships, improve communication, and promote positive developmental outcomes while reducing recidivism. The selected provider will design and facilitate creative, collaborative activities such as guided art projects and culturally relevant experiences that support emotional expression and pro-social engagement.
