The County of Santa Cruz Probation Department is seeking qualified community-based organizations to provide employment-focused services for justice-involved youth. The selected provider will deliver culturally responsive, evidence-informed programming that supports vocational development, job readiness, and successful community reintegration. Services include workforce mentoring, career exploration, job shadowing, work experience, and direct job placement. The program aims to reduce recidivism, build life and employment skills, and connect youth to the local workforce. Approximately 15 probation-referred youth ages 14–17 will receive individualized training, case management, and employment activities totaling about 30 service hours per participant.
