Shared Micromobility Program
The City of Bellevue is seeking qualified vendors to operate and manage a shared micromobility program within city limits. The program will provide residents and visitors with access to shared bicycles, electric scooters, and seated scooters as an alternative transportation option that complements Bellevue’s expanding transit network. The initiative supports transportation demand management goals by improving first-last mile connectivity to transit stations, commercial districts, and other destinations. The selected vendor will be responsible for deploying, maintaining, and managing a fleet of devices within the public right-of-way, including device safety, parking compliance, maintenance, user education, and operational oversight. Vendors must also provide data reporting, customer support services, and program management systems that ensure equitable access, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency. The city intends to select one vendor to establish a permanent micromobility service program beginning in approximately June 2026, with an initial contract term through June 2028 and potential renewals.
