Sign Language Interpreter Services
The State of Washington Department of Enterprise Services is soliciting competitive bids to establish Enterprise Procurement Solution Contracts for Sign Language Interpreter Services. The resulting contracts will be available for use by Washington state agencies, higher education institutions, political subdivisions, and other eligible purchasers. Services include Scheduled In-Person Interpreting, Scheduled Virtual Interpreting, and On-Demand and Scheduled Video Remote Interpreting. The contracts will support communication access for deaf and hard-of-hearing individuals by providing qualified interpreters who meet certification and performance requirements. Awards will be made across six contract categories and multiple geographic regions, with both main and reserved awards to encourage participation by Washington small businesses and certified veteran-owned businesses. The contract term may extend up to seventy-two months.
