The State of Washington Department of Ecology is seeking consulting services to manage and expand a statewide market development platform that supports waste prevention, reuse, repair, recycling, and organics management projects. The selected contractor will maintain and improve the online platform, support accessibility and community engagement, conduct outreach, and provide research, data, and resources for businesses and communities participating in the circular economy. The work also includes developing and operating a Circular Accelerator Program that offers networking, technical assistance, business development support, pitch development, and a pitch competition for innovative and expanding businesses and community projects. A potential second phase, if later funded, would add grant support services to reduce barriers to statewide waste prevention, reuse, and recycling grants.
