WHAT THEY WANT
(Summarized from the RFP)
San Joaquin County, through Stockton Metropolitan Airport, is seeking a qualified firm to assess, diagnose, repair and maintain the airport's Access Control System and Video Management System, and to serve as the airport's subject matter expert during its terminal upgrade and perimeter fence replacement projects. The systems, built on Lenel OnGuard and Milestone software, were substantially upgraded in a security rehabilitation project completed in December 2023 but have since suffered intermittent issues. The County needs them to function as designed and remain compliant with TSA regulations. Today's installation includes 40 cameras (11 pan-tilt-zoom and 29 fixed) and 21 gates and doors, with more to be added through two capital projects.
