The County of El Dorado is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide comprehensive secured and unsecured property tax bill design, printing, processing, and mailing services for the Treasurer–Tax Collector Department. The selected contractor will be responsible for designing tax bills and related notices, imaging variable data including optical character recognition scanlines, printing multi-color forms and envelopes, inserting required materials, performing postal sorting, and mailing documents in compliance with United States Postal Service Full Service requirements. Services include National Change of Address processing, Coding Accuracy Support System certification, barcode generation, secure file transfer protocol transmission, and audit reporting. The County intends to award a three-year agreement to one qualified firm.
