HOW TO SUBMIT
Proposals must be submitted electronically via LAWA's Bonfire procurement portal at https://lawa.bonfirehub.com. No other submission method will be accepted — hardcopy delivery, email, and facsimile submissions will not be considered. Proposers must be registered in both the City's Regional Alliance Marketplace for Procurement (RAMP) at www.rampla.org and in Bonfire to download documents and submit proposals. Files must be uploaded in MS Word, MS Excel, or Adobe PDF format, with a maximum file size of 1,000 MB per file. File names should match the name of the requested information as outlined in Bonfire. Proposals must be single-spaced with a minimum font size of 11, written in English using US standards of measurement. Website links and embedded documents are not permitted. Proposers are strongly encouraged to upload documents at least one day before the proposal deadline. LAWA reserves the right to require wet signature copies from the successful proposer upon written notification.
