The contract will cover the purchase, configuration, distribution, and lifecycle support of Apple iOS devices such as iPads and iPhones, along with related software, accessibility applications, and traditional telecommunication devices, including amplified phones, teletypewriters, and signaling equipment. Services include mobile device management, remote diagnostics, four years of repair or replacement coverage, asset tagging, reporting, end-user training, and technical assistance. The contractor must ensure secure handling of client data, provide accessibility customization, and deliver services within the continental United States. Equipment may be shipped to program offices or directly to eligible participants who are Deaf, Hard of Hearing, DeafBlind, or speech disabled, ensuring equitable access to communication technology.
