Services include identifying staffing needs, recruiting candidates, coordinating interviews, and supplying professionals for roles such as financial analysts, budget analysts, payroll technicians, and accounting specialists. The goal is to ensure continuity of operations and maintain productivity during peak periods and system transition phases. Contracts may be awarded to one or more firms, with services utilized on an as-needed basis across departments.
