Services include recruiting, screening, onboarding, payroll administration, overtime management, reporting, and compliance with all applicable state and federal regulations. The contractor must provide staffing support for positions requiring physical labor, driving responsibilities, bilingual communication capabilities, and background clearances. The County requires staffing agencies to maintain a reliable labor pool capable of supporting high-demand election cycles, including extended overtime hours and weekend availability. Additional responsibilities include compliance with Department of Justice screening requirements, employee training related to discrimination and harassment prevention, and regular coordination meetings with the Registrar of Voters. The contract term may extend up to five years.
