HOW TO SUBMIT
Proposals are submitted electronically by email to bids@metro.net; time of receipt is the email system's date/time stamp. All proposals must be in Adobe PDF format, and Metro recommends PDF or ZIP file attachments only; links to file-sharing services such as Citrix or Dropbox are not accepted. The email subject line must contain the Proposer's name and the RFP number and title; if more than one email is needed, mark the subject line "submittal 1 of 5", "2 of 5" and so on, and keep each email no larger than 20MB. Metro recommends sending with delivery and read receipts, then sending a verification email to the Contract Administrator (LiewK@metro.net) stating the vendor name, the RFP number and the number of emails sent. The proposal is submitted in four volumes: Volume I Technical Proposal, Volume II Certification Forms, Volume III Price Proposal, and Volume IV DEOD Forms and Required Documentation. Pages are single-sided 8-1/2 x 11" with 1" margins, single spaced, in a minimum font size of ten. Other communications go directly to the Contract Administrator.
