The City of Everett is seeking a qualified Third Party Claims Administrator to provide comprehensive liability claims administration services. The selected firm will manage public entity liability, automobile liability, and employment practices liability claims under the City’s self-insured retention program. Services include claim intake, investigation, documentation, reserve setting, subrogation review, settlement negotiation with City approval, litigation coordination, reporting, and compliance with Medicare Secondary Payer requirements. The administrator will coordinate closely with the City’s Risk Manager and City Attorney’s Office to ensure claims are handled efficiently and in compliance with Washington State law. The contract term is three years with two optional two-year extensions.
