The City of Rohnert Park Public Works Department is seeking a consultant with demonstrated experience in Federal Highway Administration Title VI compliance for California Local Public Agencies that receive federal-aid highway funds through Caltrans. The consultant will help the City correct Title VI deficiencies identified through Caltrans' Title VI Program Assessment and establish a sustainable, agency-wide compliance program consistent with current FHWA, U.S. Department of Transportation, and Caltrans Division of Local Assistance requirements.
