The City of Bellevue is seeking qualified consultants to provide on-call traffic data collection and analysis services to support transportation planning and operational needs. The selected consultant will conduct various types of traffic studies, including pneumatic tube counts, turning movement counts, origin-destination studies using Bluetooth or Wi-Fi, and video-based traffic monitoring. These studies will support project scoping, regional traffic modeling, concurrency analysis, and annual traffic count programs. Work will be assigned on an as-needed basis and may vary in scale from single-location studies to large multi-location deployments.
