The Oregon Department of Transportation is soliciting proposals from consulting firms to establish Transportation Land Use Planning 2027 price agreements, a multi-year bench of consultants who will receive work order contracts for planning projects across the state. Firms may propose on one or any combination of five disciplines: Transportation System Planning, Public Transportation Planning, Bicycle and Pedestrian Planning, Land Use Planning, and Statewide Transportation Plans and Policies. The Department expects to award seven to ten agreements in each of the first three disciplines, five to seven in land use planning and three to five in statewide plans and policies.
