WHAT THEY WANT
(Summarized from the RFP)
Tualatin Valley Water District, acting as Managing Agency for the Willamette Water Supply System (WWSS), is seeking qualified professional firms to provide on-call advisory support for the technical operation of the WWSS during its startup and early operations. Services focus on troubleshooting, operational support and system performance. Firms are not expected to operate any facilities; they give guidance to District and WWSS operations staff, providing timely access to specialized expertise for operational decision-making. Consultants make recommendations only and do not direct operations.
