WHAT THEY WANT
(Summarized from the RFP)
The Tulalip Tribes are seeking a consulting firm to support the development and coordination of a Tulalip stormwater Best Management Practice (BMP) program. The program targets the delivery of stormwater pollutants to waterways on the Tulalip Reservation, with particular attention to chemicals of emerging concern such as 6PPD-quinone, a tire-wear toxicant, and PFAS. The 22,000-acre Reservation, north of Everett and west of Marysville, Washington, is rich in natural resources, including marine waters, tidelands, freshwater creeks and lakes, wetlands and forests.
