Utility Network For Water System
The City of Beaverton is seeking a qualified vendor to implement Esri’s Utility Network for its municipal water system in order to modernize infrastructure data management and improve operational efficiency. The project includes migrating existing water system data into the Utility Network model, designing the network schema, and configuring the ArcGIS Enterprise architecture to support advanced connectivity, tracing, and asset management capabilities. The selected vendor will perform data cleaning, validation, and migration while ensuring proper connectivity rules and associations within the system. The work also involves creating and integrating vertical assets such as pump stations, wells, and reservoirs into the network model and linking them with the Cityworks Asset Management System. Additionally, the contractor will reconfigure Cityworks workflows, dashboards, and reporting tools to align with the updated data model. The project requires comprehensive training, documentation, and post‑implementation support to ensure long‑term sustainability, accurate representation of infrastructure, and improved utility operations for the City’s Public Works department.
