Video Surveillance Technologies
The City of Richmond Police Department is soliciting proposals from qualified vendors to provide Video Surveillance Technologies, specifically Automated License Plate Reader Technology and Closed-Circuit Television systems. Software must comply with federal and California regulations, including Criminal Justice Information Services requirements, and ensure agency-controlled data with a maximum 30-day retention period.
