WHAT THEY WANT
(Summarized from the RFP)
Springfield Utility Board (SUB) is seeking a Software as a Service (SaaS) water quality software solution for its Water Division. SUB holds roughly 45 years of water quality testing data for about 350 sites in Springfield, Oregon, stored in SQL Server behind an aging Microsoft Access front end. That system has little data visualization, limited export and bulk-update capability, no API, no field or mobile access, and limited audit history, and it does not connect to the Oregon Health Authority (OHA) database or to laboratory information management systems.
