The City of Menifee is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to replace its existing public website and service request management system with a modern, integrated digital platform. The project aims to modernize the City’s digital presence by delivering a mobile-first website and a user-friendly service request solution to improve usability, accessibility, and public engagement. The selected vendor will design, implement, host, and maintain a new content management system–based website that integrates with multiple third-party municipal systems. The platform must provide seamless navigation across departments while maintaining consistent branding and user experience. The project also includes developing a service request system that enables residents to report issues, track requests, and receive notifications. Additional requirements include mobile responsiveness, accessibility compliance, multilingual support, notification systems, analytics, security, and integration capabilities such as APIs and single sign-on. The City seeks a long-term partner capable of providing ongoing support, UX improvements, hosting, and maintenance to ensure the platform evolves alongside the City’s digital service needs.
