The City of Redmond is seeking proposals from qualified firms to conduct a comprehensive website optimization and user experience improvement initiative for its Parks and Recreation Department. The project includes a full diagnostic assessment, strategic design, implementation, and post-launch support to enhance the discoverability, accessibility, navigation, and analytics of recreation programs and registration systems. The selected consultant will evaluate the City’s public website and third-party registration platforms, improve front-end user experience, and streamline how residents search for and access services. The engagement includes technical and security requirements, integration considerations, pricing methodology, milestone scheduling, and coordination with City staff. The goal is to improve digital engagement and ensure residents can efficiently find, register for, and participate in recreation services. The contract term is anticipated from May 2026 through December 2027.
