Youth Advisory Committee Coordination

The purpose of this initiative is to elevate youth voices and ensure their lived experiences inform policy development, advocacy, and decision-making within the juvenile justice system. The selected contractor will be responsible for facilitating committee operations, recruiting and onboarding diverse youth participants, and maintaining ongoing engagement through structured meetings and activities. The project emphasizes culturally responsive, trauma-informed, and healing-centered approaches to youth engagement. Additionally, the contractor will help build leadership capacity among youth participants and support long-term advocacy frameworks. This effort aims to strengthen youth participation in justice system reform while addressing systemic inequities and promoting inclusive policy development.
