WHAT THEY WANT
(Summarized from the RFP)
Sound Transit, the regional high-capacity transit authority serving King, Pierce and Snohomish counties, is seeking a qualified survey research firm to conduct its next origin-destination survey of riders in spring 2027. The survey will tell Sound Transit where its riders start and end their trips, how they reach and leave the system, and who they are, information the agency uses for service planning and for reporting to the Federal Transit Administration, which partly funds the work. It follows a 2024 survey whose questionnaire and final report are provided as exhibits.
