Proposals may not exceed 10 pages including the cover letter and all attachments, except the required Exhibits A, B, and C. Contents in order: Letter of Submittal with the signed Certifications and Assurances (Exhibit A), Proposal, References, Cost Proposal, Diverse Business Inclusion Plan (Exhibit B), and Workers' Rights Certification (Exhibit C); the cover letter and Exhibit A need a scanned signature of the individual authorized to bind the contractor. Proposals must allow 60 days for acceptance, facsimile submissions are not accepted, and late proposals will not be accepted.
