WHAT THEY WANT
The City of Bakersfield Water Department, Wastewater Division, is seeking one contractor to perform the air quality compliance monitoring, source testing, and reporting required by the permits the San Joaquin Valley Air Pollution Control District has issued for combustion equipment at Wastewater Treatment Plant 2 and Wastewater Treatment Plant 3. The City's goal is to keep every permitted engine, boiler, and flare in continuous compliance with District conditions by having a qualified firm carry out the recurring tests, notify the District on the required schedules, and deliver the reports the permits demand.
