WHAT THEY WANT
The City of Victorville, on behalf of the Southern California Logistics Airport Authority (SCLAA), is seeking a qualified planning consultant to prepare conceptual site plans, building and property renderings and professional visual marketing materials for development opportunities at Southern California Logistics Airport. The Airport, redeveloped from the former George Air Force Base, operates as an industrial airport hosting aeronautical and non-aeronautical businesses and holds numerous properties and existing buildings it wants to market for development or renovation. The work is conceptual and marketing-oriented; a comprehensive airport-wide site plan and final design or construction drawing sets are not part of this project.
