HOW TO SUBMIT
Proposals are submitted electronically through the Multco Marketplace Supplier Portal as supplier attachments to sourcing event RFPQ-21-2027. Suppliers without portal access must first complete the MMP Supplier Access Request Form; the County recommends allowing about 14 days for it to be processed. The proposal must be a Word or PDF document, numbered, no more than 15 pages, with at least 12-point font and half-inch margins, answering every question in Buyer Attachment A with each response labelled by group number, question number and title. No cover page or appendix is needed, and excess pages are not evaluated. Upload the estimated budget and justification of cost (Buyer Attachment B) as a separate supplier attachment, mark Yes for each question in the portal after uploading the proposal, and accept the Proposer Representations and Certifications prerequisite.
