WHAT THEY WANT

The City of West Sacramento, California is seeking a qualified architecture and engineering firm to provide full design services for the renovation of an existing building into the new Police Department Headquarters. The City has acquired a 100,000 square foot, two-story office building on about 6.86 acres at 750 Riverpoint Drive; the current scope renovates roughly 41,370 to 43,000 square feet of it, with the remainder reserved for future phases. A Feasibility Study and Space Planning Assessment by Griffin Structures established a preferred program concept and preliminary cost estimates, and the City has completed a facilities condition assessment, Tier 1 structural assessment, elevator condition assessment, mold and water intrusion assessment and Phase I environmental site assessment, all provided as reference for the firm's own field investigation.
