El Dorado County, California, on behalf of its Probation Department, is seeking a mature, commercially supported, out-of-the-box artificial intelligence software platform for probation report generation and field operations supporting adult and juvenile justice workflows. The Department needs timely, accurate and legally defensible court reports, efficient field supervision documentation and rapid access to detailed client information, and expects the platform to streamline court report preparation, improve officer productivity, reduce clerical burden and strengthen compliance with California law. The successful firm will enter a three-year agreement for services.
