The County of San Diego Department of Public Works is seeking Statements of Qualifications from firms to provide as-needed professional environmental services and technical support to its Environmental Services Unit for projects funded by the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) and the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). Selected firms will work at the direction of County staff and may be asked to provide full-time or part-time technical and project management staff collocated at County offices.
