The Oregon Health Authority, through its Health Policy and Analytics Division, seeks a single vendor certified by the National Committee for Quality Assurance to produce, certify and report roughly 30 Healthcare Effectiveness Data and Information Set (HEDIS) measures and 14 state-developed non-HEDIS measures for the Oregon Health Plan, Oregon's Medicaid program. The measures hold Coordinated Care Organizations accountable for access to and quality of care and inform state and federal stakeholders, including the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services.
