The University of California, Agriculture and Natural Resources (UC ANR) is seeking statements of qualifications from experienced firms to provide civil engineering consultation, studies and design services for the domestic water system at its Kearney Research and Extension Center, located at 9240 South Riverbend Avenue in Fresno County near the city of Parlier. Kearney is one of UC ANR's field research and extension centers, and its potable water system must be brought in line with current operational needs and regulatory standards.
