The County of San Diego Department of Human Resources is seeking a consultant to provide classification and compensation survey services. The County serves more than 3.3 million residents across 18 cities and large unincorporated areas, and wants a competitive, equitable pay structure aligned with the regional labor market so it can recruit, retain and reward a high-quality, diverse workforce. The consultant will conduct a structured study comparing the County's classifications with those of other California counties and comparable public agencies.
