Washington County Health and Human Services, through the Addictions Program of its Behavioral Health Division, is seeking a qualified provider to deliver community-based support groups for Washington County, Oregon residents living with co-occurring substance use and mental health disorders. This Letter of Interest covers services from July 1, 2027 through June 30, 2032 and will be used to identify qualified providers; the County may follow it with a formal Request for Proposals if needed.
