The project at 71 Camaritas Avenue replaces an existing restaurant with a new two-story, approximately 10,150-square-foot fire station with office and living quarters, a three-bay apparatus garage and public and secure site improvements. The commissioning agent reports to the City and works with the City, construction manager Kitchell CEM, the design team, the General Contractor and trade contractors.
