The Confederated Tribes of Siletz Indians (CTSI), a federally recognized Tribal government headquartered in Siletz, Oregon, is seeking a qualified consultant to develop and implement a comprehensive Compensation and Classification Market Wage Analysis and Plan. The study covers approximately 340 employees in CTSI's administrative and program departments, including a health clinic, natural resources, planning, housing, education and social services, with offices in Siletz, Portland, Salem, Eugene and Lincoln City. Employees of the Tribe's Chinook Winds Casino Resort are not included.
