The County of Marin, through its Procurement Division on behalf of the Community Development Agency, is seeking a qualified consultant to prepare a comprehensive Development Impact Fee (DIF) Nexus Study, recommend updates to the County's impact fee program, and prepare a Residential Feasibility Analysis in compliance with the California Mitigation Fee Act (Government Code Section 66000 et seq.) and Assembly Bill 602 (2021). The County specifically wants to update its streets, drainage and parks impact fees.
