HOW TO SUBMIT

Submit a complete proposal, consisting of a Business Proposal (the Proposer's Questionnaire/Affidavit, at least five references and the other required attachments) and a separate Cost Proposal with hourly rates, electronically through the Los Angeles County Development Authority's OpenGov Procurement portal at https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/lacda/projects/310918, and complete the Submittal Confirmation certification. In-person, mailed, emailed and faxed deliveries are not accepted, and the proposer bears the risk of any delay. A submitted proposal may be recalled, modified and resubmitted before the portal closes. Proposers must register with Los Angeles County's WebVen system before contract award and enter their County WebVen number in the questionnaire. Written questions must be submitted through the Question and Answer section of the same portal, and the answers are issued as an addendum. All other contact must be by email to Procurement Analyst Deanna Tantraphol at deanna.tantraphol@lacda.org; contacting other LACDA personnel about the solicitation may disqualify the proposal.
