The Port Gamble S'Klallam Tribe, a federally recognized tribe of just over 1,300 enrolled members on the northern tip of the Kitsap Peninsula in Washington, seeks a detail-oriented contractor to research, compile, design and build comprehensive Family Emergency Preparedness Resource Binders for tribal community households. About half of the Tribe's members live on the reservation, and the goal is to give each family a practical, customizable starting point for staying safe and organized during a crisis.
