Tacoma Power, the City of Tacoma's vertically integrated municipal electric utility serving approximately 190,000 residential, commercial and industrial customers in Pierce County, is seeking a consultant to conduct a comprehensive evaluation of its electrical safety program and deliver a practical roadmap for strengthening it. The utility wants to scale successful electrical safety behaviors and systems across every location and shift the organization from a dependent, rules-driven safety framework toward an interdependent framework built on mutual care, ownership and proactive team involvement.
