The University of Washington, on behalf of the UW Facilities Business Innovation and Technology department, is seeking a firm to provide enterprise technology strategy, governance, and program and project management services for its Transportation Application Systems portfolio. The portfolio spans the Seattle, Bothell and Tacoma campuses and UW Medicine, and covers transportation operations and mobility services, parking systems with payment and enforcement capabilities, access and credentialing integrations, enterprise data and systems integration, customer-facing transportation services, and business process modernization.

Submit through the University of Washington's Workday Strategic Sourcing portal (university-of-washington.public-portal.us.workdayspend.com); a supplier profile is required, and clicking "Bid" on the event opens the message portal. The response has two parts: all required questions, affirmations, forms and uploads completed in the event, and one written proposal narrative uploaded as a single PDF (preferred) or Word file, limited to 20 single-sided pages, 11 pt minimum font, numbered pages, with a table of contents and sections following the evaluation criteria. Attachment A (IT Services Rate Proposal Form) must be completed, signed and uploaded in its original Excel format. Proposals must be signed by an authorized representative. All questions go through the WSS message portal only.
