The 1.58-acre site at 320-326 La Rambla and 312-314 Boca Del Canon lies within the Coastal Zone and is designated and zoned for low-density residential use. The applicant proposes six single-family detached homes by re-subdividing seven residential lots, with a lot line adjustment and abandonment of an unbuilt "paper" street at the end of La Rambla.
