The University of Washington, on behalf of the Washington Mathematics Engineering Science Achievement (MESA) State Office, is seeking an individual consultant or firm to design an equitable, transparent and sustainable funding allocation model for the program's six regional centers. Washington MESA was created by the Legislature in 1984 to help students historically underrepresented in STEM pursue science, technology, engineering and math degrees and careers, and works with schools, colleges, universities, communities and industry across the state.
